Our Pots come in four colours:
Blue, Green, Terra Cotta and White
The relishes are all made on the farm and all our recipes have been tried and tested over the last twenty-five years. We use no artificial preservatives.
Each pot has a list of ingredients, a recipe for use and instructions for opening.
Chilli Sauce: Raisons, garlic, sugar, chilli and vinegar mixed into a delicious hot tasty sauce.
Peanut Sauce: Peanuts, garlic, chilli and onion flakes blended with oil. Mix with Coconut milk to make a Saté Sauce.
Sambal Ulek: Hot chillis, garlic, sugar, salt and vinegar used to spice up any dish.
Curry Paste: An aromatic blend of coriander, cumin, turmeric, garlic and ginger.
Fynbos Honey: Our honey comes from hives
two valleys away where the bees feed on fynbos and bluegum flowers.
Melon & Ginger Preserve: Melon, ginger, sugar and lemon juice makes up this delicious preserve.
